Carmela Soprano's Pizzelle - Italian Lace Cookies / Waffle Recipe

I should call this post Pizzelle, more or less.



I've been dreading this recipe.

The recipe isn't hard.

It doesn't have any exotic ingredients.

Well, except for one item.
